What is Medi Move?


Medi Move is one of the top pharmaceutical wholesaler in the UK. We supply medicine to doctors, pharmacists, registered medical wholesalers and other registered healthcare professionals.






Why do I have to provide so much information, and in particular why do I have to give details of my professional registration?




As a pharmaceutical wholesaler we are required under UK law to establish the professional status of our customers. We appreciate your co-operation.. (data protection).






How do I pay for my order?




An invoice will be enclosed with all UK orders. We require all international customers to pay in advance of shipment. We accept cheques drawn on UK banks, bankers drafts, letters of credit (LC) and international money orders, Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. All payments should be made out to "Medi Move Ltd."






Where do you export pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines?




We export to any country, unless prohibited by UK law. The purchaser is required to clear all shipments through local customs. 






Do you sell direct to consumers?




No, we only sell to hospitals, clinics, wholesalers and retailers.






Every country regulates its imports and the regulations are particularly strict for pharmaceuticals. How do I know if the products I import from you are legally available for sale here?




Governmental departments regulate prescription medicines, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the U.S. and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (M H R A) in the United Kingdom. Pharmaceutical companies must submit a dossier of legalized documents on the manufacturing and production of each product for registration, along with samples for testing. Once all the documents have been submitted and the samples tested, the local governmental health departments decides whether or not to grant a licence.






How long it will take for my order to arrive?




UK customers ordering by telephone or online should receive their deliveries within 2 working days. If you need the products urgently you can request an express delivery for the next day. There is a charge for this service. If you post your order to us the above delivery timings apply from date of receipt of your order. In the case of overseas orders we endeavour to get the products to you as soon as possible.






Do you accept returns?




All requests for returns should be advised to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. We only accept goods for return where there has been a recall on a product or batch by the manufacturer, damage to the packaging or product or an error in ordering or delivery. 






What is your minimum order?




We do not have a minimum order however postage and packaging will be charged all orders under £75.
